The candidate will research and review U.S. immigration processes and write/create case management workflows, questionnaires, templates, FAQs, internal process guides and other content. Coordinate with subject-matter experts for feedback and review of content. Ensure consistency of all content created with existing content and harmonized workflows. Ensure consistent and accurate syntax and grammar throughout content, as well as proper the firm branding of all content created. Configure and maintain the content metadata within the firm's proprietary software and other platforms. Answer questions/Service Now requests from teams. Work in conjunction with the firm’s software developers to implement application enhancements. Assist Knowledge Management team in additional special projects throughout the year. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required. Should have 1+ years of U.S. business immigration experience.
