Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this position will be to transport new recruits as needed via Company vehicle to and from any locations deemed necessary by HR Management.
This could include but not limited to picking up or dropping off recruits from Bus Stations, Hotel, Tyson plant for work, as well as any other tasks deemed appropriate. Other job assignment duties may be assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
The Candidate selected for this position must be able to work extended hours as required per management.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred not required
Experience: None
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills
Communication Skills: Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate under stressful situations.
able to work in both hot cold temperatures be able to work both independently under supervision and have a positive work ethic attitude
Other: Must have a valid driver's license.
