The candidate will draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents. E-file with various court systems. Document recording. Maintain client and case files. Correspond with and update clients. Maintain filing/document system. Organize and maintain the group's calendars, provide & adhere to legal deadlines. Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing litigations. Prepare reports for attorney(s). Bachelor's degree is required. Internship experience is a huge plus.
