Transports and/or escorts patients to and from diagnostic testing areas.  Assists technologists with preparing rooms/stocking supplies, positioning and prepping patients, maintaining film processors, developing films and performing electronic film management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:High School graduate or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:On-the-job training provided.  Prefer prior clerical, computer and health care related experience.  Experience with and knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology preferred.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATION:AHA-BLS-HCP certification required.  Must pass Cardiac Monitoring class.

OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Good interpersonal, communication and employee development skills.
