EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

The candidate' should have 2-4 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. Should be a team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, and has a growth mindset. Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and participating in mediations and arbitrations. Will work with clients on various challenges under state and federal employment laws, drafting & revising handbooks, training, and similar activities.
