The candidate should have minimum of five (5) years’ litigation experience handling Bad Faith, Coverage & Extra Contractual matters. Duties include but are not limited to independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, appearing at depositions and various court appearances and working closely with other attorneys and Partners on matters. Qualified candidates will have credentials from an ABA approved law school, an active license with the California State Bar, and possess excellent communication skills.
