Description
The Lead, IT Compliance audits the most complex new and existing information systems applications to ensure that appropriate controls exist, that processing is efficient and accurate, and that information systems procedures are in compliance with corporate standards. The Lead, IT Compliance works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Lead, IT Compliance works with all parts of IT to ensure that identified issues and gaps for both risk and compliance gaps are being managed to closure. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Project management experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Prior demonstrated experience with process improvement or process design
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
High attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to PowerBI
Experience implementing technologies with enterprise-wide impact
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Past work in audit and/or compliance functions a huge plus
