Duties:

• Manage litigation case files and oversee all aspects of assigned cases.
• Conduct depositions, both defending and taking as needed.
• Draft and argue motions in preparation for trial.

• Engage in a variety of substantive legal work related to civil litigation.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona (or have recently passed the Arizona Bar).
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in civil litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Arizona Bar license.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing capabilities.
• Effective verbal communication and argumentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with civil litigation processes and courtroom procedures is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:
