The candidate's responsibilities include tax compliance, controversy and planning, drafting, implementing estate plans, and administering estate strategies. JD is required. Business, financial or tax background qualifications or (LL.M., CFP, CPA, MBA, MST), Law Review, CPA or Business Law Journal experience is preferred. Should have 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting or law firms. Should have strong fundamental skills in the taxation area relevant to all private clients. Should possess strong communication, drafting, writing, research, and analytical and critical-thinking skills.
