Work you ll do

As a ServiceNow Developer within our HRT team you will:

Utilize Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL and related technologies for ServiceNow Development

Support implementation and O&M practices while taking ownership of technical tasks

Diagnose and resolve defects identified across multiple aspects of the system (user interface, data, performance, etc.)

Collaborate with fellow developers and testers in an Agile development environment

Work with government product owner to provide technical insight on business requirements and functional design

Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

Assist in proposal development, as requested

Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Develop applications to fulfill modern data capture

Work onsite in the Rosslyn area of Arlington, VA once Covid-19 local restrictions are lifted.

The Team

Human Resources Transformation

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Qualifications

Required:

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance

2 or more years of relevant consulting or industry experience with ServiceNow

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology (I/O Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Hard Sciences with a focus on research and analysis, or other field

Working knowledge HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (Angular.JS)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

Active Secret clearance preferred

Working knowledge in ServiceNow Configuration Management, general ServiceNow System Administration, Security/access configuration in ServiceNow, development and implementation of ServiceNow HR module, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and/or Business Process Modeling (BPM)

Working knowledge of Bootstrap, MySQL databases, Python, and enterprise software (e.g. ERP)

Experience with web services integration, specifically SOAP and REST

Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

Experience using Agile methodologies
