Systems Analyst/Administrator

The candidate will provide an exceptional concierge level of support for in-office and remote workers. Script and code solutions to automate business tasks to ensure approved, reliable, outcomes using modern scripting/programming languages. Analyze and make decisions/judgments about technology challenges and problems. Provide hands-on system administration support. Provide system maintenance and operations support. Purchase, configure, and upgrade user workstations. Support Virtual Platforming (Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom, etc.). Recommend software and hardware enhancements as needed. Build, configure, design, test, and troubleshoot software and hardware enhancements, application deployments, and infrastructure upgrades. Diagnose and correct computer systems issues. Analyze and route issues into the proper ticketing systems and update and close tickets in a timely manner. Devise or modify procedures to solve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations. Establish new users, manage access levels and reset passwords. Conduct application testing and provide database management support. Create and maintain documentation as necessary for operational and security audits. Ensure remote users have properly working equipment. Interact and collaborate with contracted IT consultants as needed (for escalation of service tickets, server rollouts, and other tasks that require additional resources or expertise). Should have Bachelor’s Degree (Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science). Should have 3 years of IT Support experience; experience providing both internal and external client service support; experience managing on-premises servers and cloud resources; exceptional oral and written communication skills; expertise in scripting/coding solutions to automate business tasks; experience working in IT in a law firm setting.
