JOB DESCRIPTION

Quality Assurance Specialist - Regulatory Affairs is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management and oversight of the Quality Management System for the First Aid and Safety distribution center, including areas such as kit packing, activity of over-the-counter tablets and medical devices. This position supports quality principles and problem-solving skills to promote, improve and maintain the organization's quality system and ensures that the quality system complies with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. 21 CFR Part 820; 21 CFR Part 210/211). The role will have responsibility to work with vendor suppliers as necessary to gather information and assist in determining proper proceeds as well as work with internal parties as situations arise to ensure guidance is provided and followed.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

*3-4 years working in Quality Assurance *Ability to work with both internal and external  *Experience with problem solving

Preferred:

*Bachelors Degree in Science or related field *Experience working with medical devices and/or drug product (OTC's)
