LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - UNC OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE','LIC002YI','!*!Licensed Practical Nurse needed to support Occupational Health COVID operations at UNC Medical Center.  This individual will be perform the following:Taking calls  for Occupational Health Call Center from employees reporting symptoms of COVID and exposures  Contacting employees to schedule them for testing and collect information related to medical clearance to return to work  Performing contract tracing and case investigations with employee to employee, patient to patient exposures or positive employees Email notifications to employees and manager/supervisor re employee status (absent or eligible to return to work Administering vaccines to employees, physicians and other providers Must have the ability to follow algorithms and written guidelines based upon CDC guidance Excellent customer service skills Ability to document using a computer application (will train) Primary care, urgent care or emergency room experience a plus                        ','!*!Graduation from an accredited program of Practical Nurse education. Completion of an approved pharmacology course (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).
