Description
This position will oversee CCM automation work. Specifically, they will manage multiple automation projects for our onshore and offshore Automation Anywhere citizen developers. This associate will manage timelines, project plans, and oversee all aspects of the automation development.
Responsibilities
This position will oversee all automation initiatives within the Claims Cost Management organization, managing automation projects for our onshore and offshore citizen developers, as well as larger automation projects being developed by internal RPA partners. This position will manage timelines, project plans, and oversee all aspects of the automation development program within CCM.
This position will require exercising independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, working under minimal supervision and using independent judgment to determine the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Skilled in data and/or systems analysis
Excellent independent judgement and decision making ability for complex issues
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Capacity to maintain confidentiality
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience with RPA solution implementation
Once travel restrictions are lifted, must be able to travel up to 10% both nationally and internationally
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.

Experience leading people and/or processes
Experience in Financial Recovery
MBA
Experience with automation initiatives, RPA, etc.
Experience using the following systems: CAS, MTV, CISpro and CIS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs Access and Project
Experience in a fast paced, metric driven operational setting
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
