The candidate will be preparing entity documents and transactional documents pertaining to intrafamily wealth transfers and occasional Probate Court filings related to estates/trusts, and tax matters. Should have a strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school. Should have 2-5 years of estate, trusts, and tax experience. Must be admitted to practice law in the state of California. CPA designation or LL.M. in Taxation preferred. Must have experience in tax law, estate planning, and administration, as well as trust and probate matters. Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills are essential.
