The Insurance Product Content Professional 2 Creates content for insurance products through product development collaboration and capabilities alignment. Ensures continuity and consistency of message across a variety of media. The Insurance Product Content Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Insurance Product Content Professional 2 Partners with insurance product subject matter experts to define and deliver desired marketing collateral used to inform the organization's target markets of the merits of purchasing its products and services. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Uses independent judgment and decision making, requiring analysis of variable factors, to determine the best course of action. Works with minimal supervision; seeking guidance where needed.

Required Qualifications:

Extensive working experience with both Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Structured Query Language (SQL)

1 or more years of experience writing queries

Background utilizing and analyzing data and reporting

Ability to self-manage

Ability to collaborate with other teams within the organization to produce desired outcome

Strong written and verbal and communication skills

Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

A dedicated home office space, with a locked door, lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Preferred Qualifications:

Visual Basic for Application (VBA)

Health Insurance Product Knowledge

Experience working with insurance benefit plans

Additional Information:

Work shift will be in Central or Eastern Time Zone
