Docketing Administrator
The candidate will be working closely with attorneys and business professionals in our Intellectual Property department. Docketing incoming daily mail, faxes and emails. Docketing outgoing correspondence and filings. Entering and docketing new patent applications. Updating and docketing expired patent applications. Printing emails from the International Patent Inbox. Generating daily, weekly or monthly due date reports. Providing backup support to trademark and litigation docketers and IP file and docketing assistants as needed. High school diploma or equivalent experience is required. Should have 3+ years of experience in a similar role. US Patent docketing experience is required; familiarity with CPI is preferred.
