The candidate will assist clients with income and franchise tax compliance, tax provision calculations and legislative updates, as well as consulting around opportunities, such as nexus studies, refund claims and audit support, sales tax consulting, buy and sell side diligence, credits and incentives, and unclaimed property. Should be certified Public Accountant (CPA), Juris Doctorate (JD), or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation. Should have 5+ years of recent SALT public accounting experience or SALT focused industry experience.
