Duties: Assists with preparing and distributing transmittal letters/legal correspondence and FedEx/USPS deliveries. Maintains legal files and records. Assists in updates and maintenance for content on Legal intranet. Reviews and codes invoices from law firms and vendors for payment and processing. Coordinates the flow of paperwork to ensure timely payment of invoices and expense reports. Maintains invoice logs by law firm/vendor and tracks expenses at the matter level. Assists with management of insurance claims and claim reimbursements. Works with Legal Team to develop and manage legal entity organizational/structural charts. Maintains effective relationships with other business support departments and team members. Assists in the distribution and tracking of reports to internal and external partners.
