Corporate Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions
Duties: Work primarily on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions, but also on transactional matters. Report to and work under the direction of General Counsel and work closely with the acquisitions team, as well as other cross-functional groups (e.g., finance, tax, etc.) in actively managing M&A transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, term sheets, definitive purchase agreements, and other relevant agreements, as well as managing and performing legal due diligence. May be required to provide legal support with respect to other aspects of business.
