\u003cp\u003eThe Program Analyst is responsible for assisting with the administrative responsibilities associated with NAES\u0026rsquo; digitization efforts, including GPiLEARN, the Preferred Vendor Program, and our Strategic Partnerships. This role is responsible for the performance of a variety of technical and administrative assignments associated with the PPO (Power Plant Operations) fleet, Vendors, Programs, and NAES Corporate Employees.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThe individual in this role will also assists with broader projects and program development activities as coached by the Project Manager to support and develop initiatives that increase and sustain Company growth and efficiency.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cp\u003eYou can administer and provide daily fleet support for the Operations Programs including GPiLEARN, the Preferred Vendor Program, MSDS Online, and other Strategic Relationships and programs.\u0026nbsp; You support the rollout of the programs used to manage our operating fleet of power plants.\u0026nbsp; You would set up access to the Operations Programs, respond to plant and vendor specific requests, train system administrators, run reports out of our systems, and communicate them throughout the company.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eYou can assist with the addition of new vendors to the Preferred Vendor Program, maintain the Vendor Portal manage agreement renewals, and initiate rebate agreements.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eYou can liaison between the Preferred Vendors and our plants to respond to any questions or issues related to T\u0026amp;C\u0026rsquo;s, discounts, vendor contact information, etc.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eYou can assist with Vendor savings data and reporting. Communicate the program\u0026rsquo;s additions, platform accessibility and savings to the fleet and corporate management personnel.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eYou are willing to support the mobilization team with program setup for new projects.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eYou can provide system training to plant personnel and system administrators on managed programs.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003eExcellent writing and analytical skills and an ability to communicate information in both formal and informal settings.\u0026nbsp; Thorough knowledge of English composition principles and technical and non-technical vocabulary required.
