Payables and Receivables Clerk
Duties: Apply daily receipts, including office, escrow and miscellaneous funds. Confirm incoming wires and checks to attorneys, secretaries and others, as required. Research, reconcile and coordinate return of residual client funds. Assist in processing vendor invoices. Assist in processing trust disbursements (wire and check). Initiate internal transfers and outbound electronic payments on banking portals. Assist the accounting department with month and year end closing activities, as required.
