Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to Homeowners Associations (HOAs) on various issues.
• Draft and review HOA governing documents, contracts, and policies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to HOA laws and regulations.
• Assist in resolving disputes between HOAs and homeowners, including mediation and litigation.
• Represent clients in court hearings and administrative proceedings.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Advise clients on compliance with state and federal HOA laws and regulations.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain regular communication to provide updates and legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and legal strategies.
• Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of California.
• 1 to 6 years of experience in HOA law or a related field.
• Proven ability to handle HOA-related legal matters.
• Strong understanding of federal and state HOA laws and regulations.
• Excellent litigation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of California.
