The candidate will be creating strategies for the Company’s tort litigation portfolio. Developing business best practices and procedures that will mitigate corporate risk. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Identifying and recommending ways to continually improve and streamline processes and practices. Should have experience managing and resolving tort claims pre- and post-litigation; have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders; have experience working in cross-functional teams.
