The Guest Service Representative is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This role is also responsible for answering internal and external phone calls, as well as creating and editing guest reservations. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include, but are not limited to, processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
