Corporate and Business Transactional Partners

The candidate should have backgrounds in corporate and general business transactions. Should have some portable business and strong referral relationships to drive new business as part of company’ growing national practice. Prior experience should include knowledge and familiarity with business-related contracts and transactions, including areas such as: Joint Venture Agreements; Partnership Agreements; Shareholder Agreements; Buy/Sell Agreements; Bank Finance and Loan Agreements; Construction Contracts; Employment Contracts; Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure Agreements; Software and Technology Licenses; Management Agreements; Mergers and Acquisitions. Must have outstanding academic credentials and 8 years of practice, including meaningful training and experience from a Big Law firm or equivalent training from the legal department of a respected corporation. Law review and judicial clerkship is a plus.
