Senior Manager/Associate Director, Clinical Research Contracts
The candidate will oversee, negotiate, review, and manage the contract life cycle for a variety of contract types relating to clinical trials, including clinical trial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, clinical vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and academic research agreements; may also provide legal support for informed consent forms and other documentation. Manage and collaborate with outside counsel on the review of agreements and documents relating to clinical trials and regulatory matters. Support the Sr. Director, Legal and IP, on compliance and data privacy matters related to clinical trials. Ensure contract editing, review, approval, and execution occur in a timely manner in accordance with corporate guidelines. Work with members of the Finance team, as needed, to ensure compliance with budgetary procedures related to clinical trials. Assist the Sr. Director, Legal and IP in developing and implementing new policies and procedures, as needed. Additional duties and responsibilities as required.
