Our Human Resources team is looking for a Senior Manager that will lead the strategy, administration, and compliance of all firm benefit plans. The Senior Manager ensures that the firm’s benefits offerings align to its strategic growth plan, including optimizing benefits as a talent acquisition and retention tool and aligning benefits to the firm’s DEI objectives. The Senior Manager also owns the “Wellness at Wiggin” program and will be the driver of firmwide Wellness initiatives. The qualified candidate will have 8 years of experience in benefits with at least 2 years of experience as a benefits manager. Experience in a law or professional services firm preferred, and additional experience in other human resources functions are a plus, such as compensation or HRIS.
