A law firm seeks a skilled Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join its Seattle, WA office. The ideal candidate will become part of an experienced and collaborative team, handling sophisticated IP litigation cases, including patent and trademark disputes, in federal courts and before the PTAB. This role offers an engaging environment to contribute to complex legal cases and gain valuable courtroom experience.

Duties

  • Manage and conduct written discovery processes.
  • Draft and file legal briefs and motions.
  • Prepare and conduct depositions.
  • Collaborate with and guide expert witnesses.
  • Engage in comprehensive trial preparation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • Proven track record of effective communication and legal writing skills.
  • Eligibility for bar admission in Washington State or ability to gain admission.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Must be or become a licensed attorney in Washington State.
