Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners and colleagues on business restructuring, reorganization, insolvency, and complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough research and draft high-quality legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Represent clients in court, handle contested hearings, and take and defend depositions.
• Participate in trial preparation and strategy meetings.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and team members.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-discipline and resilience under pressure.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of legal experience, focusing on restructuring, reorganization, and complex commercial litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Prior experience in court appearances, contested hearings, and depositions is preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:
