Responsibilities

The Technology Solutions Professional 2 acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Less than 5 years of technical experience

Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

Possess 10 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications
