Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and writing
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, motions, briefs, and petitions
• Manage a volume of litigation cases independently
• Attend administrative hearings, trial court conferences, oral arguments, and evidentiary hearings throughout Pennsylvania
• Participate in orientations, training sessions, and professional meetings, both in-person and virtual
• Represent the firm at local and national industry conferences as needed

Requirements

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing
• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Strong work ethic with a desire for professional advancement
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle a comprehensive caseload

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
