Duties:

• Handle a variety of labor and employment law matters, including both litigation and non-litigation services.
• Lead legal cases and provide guidance on complex labor and employment issues.
• Advise clients on employment law issues such as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, and wrongful termination.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
• Manage and oversee multiple projects and cases, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored legal advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas within the firm.

Requirements:

• Experience in labor and employment law.
• Superior academic credentials and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and handle a diverse caseload.
• Professional, well-organized, and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Indiana State Bar (required).
