Essential Duties and Requirements:

Translate processes, procedures, etc. into interesting and effective training programs for internal and external clients
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding presentation skills with groups of all sizes and ability to lead live and on demand training sessions
Ability to break complex concepts down so that users can understand them

Ability to use different mediums and take different approaches as required by each communication message or training audience
Must have the capacity to read, understand, and correctly apply state regulations and departmental procedures
Ability to work independently and within the teams.
