Redwood City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trademark associate attorney with 1-3 years of U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience, including reviewing clearance searches and preparing substantive responses to PTO office actions. The candidate will work with nationally ranked trademark and copyright attorneys to protect brands across all industries. Will become a strategic counselor to clients seeking business-minded legal solutions to prosecution, enforcement and litigation, licensing, and advertising. Be a respected teammate, joining an elite group of attorneys solving intellectual property issues for the world's leading companies. Should have previous experience preparing and responding to cease and desist letters and handling other enforcement matters, including domain name disputes, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and matters related to the use of trademarks and social media platforms. Must have experience in copyright law. Active membership in the State Bar and is in compliance with CLE requirements is required.
