The candidate should have 5 years of litigation experience in the defense of uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage cases in Colorado. Work well as part of a team on related cases, including supervision by experienced partners, but must be capable of taking a lead role in independently handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, retaining and working with experts, attending mediations, and related tasks. It is critical that the candidate be capable of managing multiple cases at once, have strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent legal work for clients. May have the opportunity to utilize junior associates for some case work, such as legal research, where appropriate.
