The applicant must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school, maintain an active license in good standing in New Jersey, and have 1-3 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience. Workers’ compensation defense experience preferred. Self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast-paced work environment. Exemplary writing is required.
