The candidate to assist in managing day-to-day accounting and finance requirements for client disbursements. Must also be Quickbook proficient. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. Responsibilities: Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances. Auditing case files with expenses. Verifying settlement breakdowns. Prepare 1099’s at the end of the year. Develop daily financial reports. Balance and maintain accurate ledgers. Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management. Reconcile reports and statements to QuickBooks. Experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, deposits is required. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks desktop. Should have extensive experience with data entry and record keeping.
