The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in technology transactions, with an emphasis on intellectual property licensing and technology commercialization. Substantive experience with drafting and negotiating licensing agreements preferred, including agreements involving SaaS and similar business models, software and content licensing, partnering and distribution, hosting, Web-based services, technology development, services agreements, and technology transfer relationships, as well as providing specialist support for M&A and financing transactions.
