Description
The Primary Care Organization ('PCO') within Humana consists of the CenterWell and Conviva brands, two of the nation's largest and most advanced senior focused, value-based, primary care organizations serving the Medicare population. The combined organization has over 250 centers and 600 primary care providers, with plans for continued expansion via de novos and acquisitions.
The Strategic Programs & Partnerships Lead will develop and manage external service arrangements with key strategic partners, such as brokers and health plans.
This position reports to the Sales Operations leader and manages direct reports.
Responsibilities
Develops and manages strategic programs designed to drive broker and health plan relationships.
Partners with leaders regarding implementation planning.
Interface directly with key external partners, such as FMOs, broker call centers and health plans
Design workflows and systems that underpin programs
Direct marketing, promotion, and training of programs
Drive scalability, simplicity, automation, data accuracy, and business process controls
Provide reporting to key stakeholders and program participants
Collaborate compliance team to develop effective compliance programs and controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
6 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Experience working with large data sets
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong relationship building skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM platform
Experience supporting sales function
Proficiency with SQL
Proficiency building data visualizations with platform such as Tableau or PowerBI
