Provider Contracts Coordinator - Physician Support Services
The candidate is responsible for drafting, tracking, filing, and accurate preparation of Providence Medical Group's physician and APC related contracts. Collaborates with the appropriate department leaders to ensure physician agreements and APC agreements are current. Responsible for maintaining the physician and APC contracts and all associated files. Organize and maintain contract data and content for our physicians and APC's within our database as appropriate. Organize, maintain, and electronically track all contracts and related documents. Compiles and generates custom contracts and related record keeping according to legal criteria. Analyzes contracts for discrepancies and identifies accurate and timely resolution. Reviews contracts for compliance. Prepares, compiles and consolidates data for reporting to leadership team. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate's Degree Office administration or equivalent educ/experience. Experience in healthcare role with office administration related responsibilities preferred. Training as a Paralegal preferred. Experience managing legal documents preferred.
