Duties: Improve the quality, consistency, and auditability of executed contracts: By defining and standardizing the contract review and revision/red-lining process, and performing a standardized risk assessment of terms, will reduce overall risk and improve speed to contract signing.. Maintain a single point of responsibility for all Sales contract reviews: A single owner for contract execution and revision will reduce overall organization effort and increase customer satisfaction with contract review process.. Taking the contract execution and administration process away from a Sales representative’s hands, to allow them to focus on the overall account.. Streamline existing contracts and provide input into new contract design: Providing input into areas of the contract that can be revised/standardized to reduce friction without impacting overall business risk.. Prepare contractual agreements with a knowledge of a customer’s needs and ability to fulfill its requirements. Collaborate with Sales leadership (and Legal function) to prioritize customer and business needs. Ensure that the terms of contractual agreements written in language that is legally binding and in accordance with the desires of Flock and the customer. Assist customers to fulfill the terms of or to terminate contracts on mutually amicable terms. Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they are in compliance with company policies and any applicable federal and state regulations. Clearly explain contract terminology to customers and other interested parties in simple, everyday language. Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency, according to a style guide if provided by the client. Track and maintain key terms/non-standard requests in a standardized manner (e.g., tracking in a CRM).
