New Client Attorney

The candidate will review all contracts for correct language, demographics, and fees before execution. Will call prospective clients to set expectations for case conversion and initial case manager contact. Evaluate reports to ensure new client team is achieving optimal performance. Perform and record 20 audits per month to ensure compliance and efficiency in all new client team processes. Provide support to Departmental Team Lead and Director as needed.
