Manager, Employee Relations & HR Compliance
The candidate will help design, implement and be responsible for HR compliance policies and processes, with an emphasis on OFCCP, ADA workplace accommodations, and time away. This role will also support projects and programs relating to diversity & inclusion, HR policies, employee relations, and team member engagement. Will collaborate with team members across the People, Legal, Compliance and Snap and report to the Head of Employee Relations & HR Compliance. Provide subject matter expertise, program and change management leadership on OFCCP compliance and becoming a federal contractor to partners across the People Team--including Compensation, HR, HRIS, People Analytics and Talent Acquisition--to adjust policies, programs and processes accordingly. Consult and mentor managers and HR Teams on a variety of HR Compliance policies and related regulatory compliance issues, which may include privacy, diversity & inclusion, compliance programming support, workplace accommodations, wage and hour training, posting requirements, and leave and time away policies. Manage partners (e.g., HR, Recruiting, Diversity, Talent Strategy, etc.) and lead by influence cross-functionally for projects and programs in portfolio. Help craft, implement, and oversee various HR Compliance and employment policies and processes. Lead projects and programs, including creating communications, training materials, and other change management mechanisms to educate stakeholders on new and revised policies, processes, and programs. Provide subject matter expertise in regulatory areas as appropriate. Should demonstrable track record of managing OFCCP compliance, HR Compliance, time away and/or workplace accommodations experience. Experience working with a global company and exposure to international HR compliance is required. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field. Must have 5+ years of experience in HR Compliance or employment and labor law. Should preferable have Masters/PHR or a J.D.
