job is to ensure the company is capable of navigating all types of market environments
while maintaining a fortress balance sheet. The Finance function is a dynamic
organization that plays a critical role, particularly as increasing regulatory
and capital requirements change the way we do business. Planning & Analysis
(P&A), in addition to CFO teams, Controllers, Business Managers and Project
management, make up the majority of the Global Finance team.
The Robotics &
Dashboards Center of Excellence (CoE) is leading initiatives across GF&BM
focused on automating manual processes using robotics and enhanced automation
techniques such as matching algorithms, optical
character recognition (OCR), machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP) and
creating dynamic and flexible visual dashboards using a wide array of BI tools.
Sitting in the center, this CoE interfaces with internal clients (LOB P&A,
CFO and Controller Groups) to source ideas around robotics, enhanced automation
and dashboard opportunities, run functional and technical feasibility analyses,
translate the ideas into use cases and partner with Technology to deliver
tangible solutions against those use cases.
Create and deliver clearly structured senior
client (MD / CFO level) presentations in PowerPoint.Partner with COE leads to identify automation and
process re-engineering opportunities through end to end process analysis.Deliver automation opportunities through design, build
and test phases, leading up to deployment in production.Design, structure, and “own” quantitative and qualitative analyses
around robotics metrics and business cases.
1-3 years consulting experience with a top-tier
management consulting firm or an internal consulting / corporate strategy
teamStrong problem-solving skills as well as client
management and executive-level communication skills.Financial services background is preferred, but not
mandatory.Solution oriented and a roll up your
sleeves ‘get it done’ attitude.Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a
dynamic, startup like environment.
