Executive Assistant

The candidate will build and cultivate long-term relationships. Manage communication and respond to urgent inquiries from internal and external contacts. Maintain a busy calendar, heavy calendar management experience is necessary. Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; understanding travel preferences and affinity programs; and helping to manage travel costs. Operate with exceptional attention to detail. Handle highly confidential information and documents with discretion and confidentiality. Manage scheduling and preparation for Board, business development and ongoing team meetings. Assist partner in their business development efforts. Process and track expenses in a timely manner for the executives. Provide innovative and creative methods for continued improvements to administrative processes as the company scales. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should have 4+ years of high-level experience supporting a senior level executive.
