New Business Innovation (NBI) - Certified to Use Consultant
Work you'll do
NBI is seeking a full-time resource to support the Certified to Use group. The role is open effective immediately. The resource will be trained in asset/software technology risk reviews (CtU program), and other CtU-related processes. The CtU consultant will support CtU program management activities and will work in collaboration with the CtU Program Lead and CtU Program Managers. Primary responsibilities include:
Support CtU program management and PMO activities
Support the CtU Program's day-to-day activities by managing program guidance materials and contents, maintaining the Program Team site, and coordinating and facilitating periodic Domain stakeholder status calls
Support CtU Managers to drive specific assets through the program, with the ability to eventually step into a CtU Manager role for an asset
Track special projects and support CtU Program Lead to expand, scale, and enhance the CtU program/process through special projects
Own status and reporting efforts
Support timely reporting of the general pipeline and outcomes of decisions/next steps
Support report-out to NBI and other stakeholder leadership on CtU project status and key metrics
Provide PMO and project reporting support for assets, as needed, via the Deloitte Asset Portal, ServiceNow, and Delivery Portal
Drive the analysis and reporting of budget and forecast for CtU program
The team
New Business Innovation's CtU program guides business teams through required technology and risk reviews to enable secure technology development and use at the firm. The CtU Consultant will support the CtU Lead and CtU Managers in execution of the program.
The ideal candidate is a high performing, creative analyst or consultant with strong communication skills, project management experience, facilitation/presentation skills, and a passion for building strong relationships. A proactive, detailed oriented, and hard-working attitude will help the person excel in this role.

Qualifications
Required:
2-3 years project management / results management experience
2-3 years experience working across cross-functional / cross-channel stakeholder groups
2-3 years experience in story boarding, proofreading, and formatting Microsoft PowerPoint visualizations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical skills, with 3 years experience working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
Bachelors or 4-year degree equivalent
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Preferred :
Organizational and process focused skills, and an efficient, resourceful, and organized work style
Knowledge in data analysis and visualization
Experience in working with risk domains in technology governance
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, align focus, prioritize, and escalate appropriately
