Family Law Paralegal 
The candidate will assist attorneys in all aspects of family law matters. Assist in preparing legal documents: necessary pleadings & motions, letters, stipulations and proposed orders, a summary of support calculations, subpoenas, emergency petitions, adoption and name change petitions, special relief petitions, pre-marital and post-nuptial settlement agreements. Assist with discovery requests. Assist attorneys in preparation for court appearances. Maintain communications with clients, opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, etc. Utilize computer databases to organize, store and access information. Assist with filing of court documents, including general knowledge of e-filing practices. A four-year bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate is required. The candidate should have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Comfortable prioritizing and balancing a variety of tasks. Should have 3+ years of family law experience, working knowledge of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts a plus.
