-Maintain UBS each season

-Follow up with vendors on  at cons dates

-Review any MOQ issues and FOB upcharges with direct vendors

-Communicate any production issues to CFT  

SAP PO Issuance

-Help Create the Article Enrichment, PPK Articles, PPK PIR’s, prior to PO issuance

-Work with India Hub on issuing PO’s in SAP

-Trouble shoot SAP PO errors/issues with CFT and SAP teams

- Maintain PO’s in SAP

Delivery Tracking

Work with direct vendors on late delys.

Work with PVH Import teams on additional scheduling delays

Work with GTN to track shipments once shipment is on a vessel/Flight

Approving and communicating shortages with direct vendor

Updating and troubleshooting any delivery or PO discrepancies

Communicate with CFT on all shipment issues
