Irvine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid to senior-level construction litigation associate attorney, preferably with 6 years of experience. The candidate should be well versed in Construction law (specifically construction schedule delay and disruption cases, construction defect, contract breach, transactional contract drafting, public works, prevailing wage, public bidding laws, and the Public Contract Code and Civil Code as it pertains to construction law). Experience representing both contractors and owners/developers in the construction arena is a plus. Must have experience working in a private law firm and must be able to efficiently draft basic litigation documents, including discovery requests and responses, meet and confer correspondence, motion and trial briefs, settlement agreements, client reports, etc. Must have California Bar admission and California state litigation experience.
